We offer various modalities of counseling including individual counseling, group counseling, couples counseling, and family counseling. The approach for counseling is to consider it as an opportunity to gain assistance for a place in your life in which you may feel stuck within the cycle of life. This happens with individuals as well as with relationships. Counseling allows you to navigate through the transition with guidance and tools for growth. Sometimes the desire to seek counseling is not always based the desire to become “unstuck” but on the desire to begin to move and grow. Yes, there are some individuals who just want to feel good about themselves and about their lives. They want to finally get their lives, “on the mark”! We can help you do that through our various, effective modalities of counseling.

Sometimes, individuals may need more intense work, which is categorized as therapy. We offer both individual and group therapy. Therapy is utilized to treat and manage the symptoms of presenting mental illnesses, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and others.
